Im liking the gains, the energy like you said...I just want to be not a tubby tub cakes when I see my girlfriend in 2 weeks after being gone for 7 months.

I've never posted in the previous threads, but it's my goal to defeat procrastination this year and one thing I think would help would be getting in shape just a bit.
In mid-December I was 5'11" and 170. I gave up fast-food at that point because it became an every-meal thing. Without changing any other daily habits, I'm now down to 159. I'd like to lose a little more and maybe tone up a bit. My parents have a universal weight bench dealy, a bench press and a punching bag in the garage, and any outside work this time of year is out of the question (I usually bike ride in the warm seasons). I already have a couple of ideas in mind, but...
What would Orbax & Co. suggest?
(And no, nobody's getting a picture of me :p) |

| i'm going to be random for a moment...seems like i workout, workout and eat well and oddly enough the ONLY times i see significant gains towards my goals lately are around the time i go clubbing the most. i don't know what it is about going out, but i must raise my metabolism or something. dancing around for 6 hours is quite a bit of time but to have that energy carry through to the next week makes no type of sense. i take no type of drugs whatsoever, eat more carbs than i normally do to balance out the alcohol around that time and i still lose weight?!?. also, it stays off! i guess i should be happy i have a couple events to go to soon...ok that's my randomnes for now :) |

| If you took a little bit of Schwarzenegger, a dash of Columbu, and a pinch of Zane, mixed it all in a bowl and then baked it on Mentzer, you would have my arm workout from earlier tonight. Completely stoked. |
