| Relatively speaking, your lats are hugely pronounced in that last photo! That's pretty wild. I'm 6'1" 150lbs, wish I were that cut. My body fat must be a bit higher. |

at 150 and 6"1 i would just bulk bulk bulk (EAT) and lift heavy. IF you havent lifted before you need a starter routine though. Im actually working now on a starter routine.
Basically its full body every other day.
15 reps 3 sets for each body part
legs
chest
back
shoulders
biceps
triceps
abs
30 second breaks betweeen each set. do this for a couple of weeks
and then switch then switch the reps to 12 and 45 second break
couple of more weeks 10 and 1 minute breaks
couple of weeks then you go into a 2 day split 4 sets of 8 1:15 breaks
couple of weeks 4 of 6 1:30
couple of weeks 4 of 5 1:45
This was the last routine i did i went from 141 to 153 in that time but unfortunatley i lost alot of weight after and am back to 144. |

I have an odd metabolism... I gain weight really slowly but it sticks, its just that I dont work enough to work it off.
This probably will put barely half pound dent in my weight after everything has passed through... :p
At work there was this one guy who was close to 300lbs, I ate way more than he ever did... he was amazed that I weigh what I weigh. :D
Still not good though, I just felt like piggin out tonight since I skipped breakfast (bad!) and slept through lunch (worse!).
I'll do my 15 mile bike course of heavy hills tmrw and that will put me back at even for this adventure... :p |

sounds like you have an average or slightly fast metabolsim. well i dont know your diet so this is just a presumption.
How much do you weigh? whats your height? whats your target weight and whats your diet like? |

216, 5'7, 170-175 target less is better though, but im not looking to be ripped or even super toned...
My diet sucks, and probably will get worse that my mom is gone for the summer and I am cooking for myself the whole time.
I compensate by not eating a lot most of the time and spacing it out over the course of the day. I also try to ride my bike every day, but havent been keeping up on that the last few weeks (mainly due to weather). I ride 15 miles, and a lot of that is big steady climbs where I keep my heart rate up the whole time. |
