| I think he was being sarcastic, as Chris Crossland has been doing P90x for some time now, and posting his progress in this thread. Not to mention there are infomercials for it on TV all the time. :p |

Lol sorry I barely check this thread. I'll PM him for some tips then! Again, not looking for a quick 3 month fix rather just something that will not get me bored (like a gym) and won't make me hit plateau's  Those are the ing worst. My friend doesn't even look like the same person anymore, it's pretty awesome. I know she's been trying every diet in the book for a while (like me) but this seems to be the one that works the best. |

| Yeah, well you should be switching up your routine every 3-4 weeks regardless. Diet is a huge factor as well - especially when you hit a plateau. |

| I've started running with hand weights and this means that I don't have a free hand to hold my water bottle, so I have to wear a fanny pack :( |

| I had a massive argument with my housemate yesterday and then hit the weights straight after. Amazing what adrenaline does for your strength, and you barely feel any pain. I need to find a way of getting incredibly hyped up before every session. |

Where the is everybody? Two weeks since the last post?
I've been making some serious progress with the running. It's getting to the point where my cardiovascular fitness is not a problem - no matter how fast I go or how much I extend the run I'm never getting to the point where I'm completely out of breath. The only things holding me back are my leg muscles, which still get pretty tired, and the vicious stitches I'm now getting from bombing downhill so fast. |

| Yeah I took a week off. Have been doing lots of swimming though since we got a new heater. Had it up to 90 last night, lol. |

still working it out, biggest issue is that i've moved across the country and the closest gym to me (bally's) i don't like because i think it's crap.
either way walk to and from the gym (or have for the last 2.5weeks) which is a total of 6mi, in between do an hour of weights. still mix it up legs, core & lower back days and upper body days. i'm convinced i haven't made any gains because i left nyc and not walking as much as i used to which bothers me but oh well at least i haven't gained any weight. |

I really miss walking to/from the gym. Sweet tunes, good weather, spring in the step. Ahhh.
Where'd you move to Chimera?? |
