| Karim, dude, you can't just focus on the fat content alone for people to lose weight. This argument is completely retarded. |

There's nothing more to say. The conversation ended after I made that point. The point needs no further elaboration if you understand how blood glucose affects metabolism, and how those relate to the storage and use of carbs, sugar, and fat in the body.
It's a pretty elementary diet/nutrition concept. The reality is that NO professional would ever tell someone to FOCUS SOLELY ON CUTTING OUT FAT as a means of sustainable weight loss, because it's INEFFICIENT AND STUPID. |

Perhaps I misinterpreted Jenny's post.

Nobody is arguing that cutting out fat helps in weight loss. We're saying that making fats THE FOCUS of weight loss is inefficient and stupid. |
Some fat is always okay, but it's certainly helpful to not overdo it with fat content in food. I certainly wouldn't follow SYSTEM-J's fast food diet idea, but that's just me :p |

Godamm zip, you're all full of DUH, aren't you? You remind me of that annoying bitch that somehow always ended up in all of my classes that always raised her hand RIGHT after I spoke, and said the exact same thing I said, just in different words. . |

Everyone is saying that its not significantly important.
I am saying it is because of the richness in calories of fatty foods
to loose weight reduce calories, simple formula.
how do you reduce calories? eat less fatty foods is an easy option, that will help you reach a deficit.
thats it. |
