i ran the Route 90 bridge today from Biloxi to Ocean Springs. its 1.75 miles each way...and there's a massive like 22% incline/decline hill towards the ocean spring side.
all in all, i t was 3.5 miles long. and that hill was ing brutal. i'll have to take pics of it; cause its quite a feat to do. |

| Arms day today w00t. Also I find I'm getting really hungry late night like 11 12 I'm just gonna start going to bed earlier but damn its hard fighting that urge to get a snack or something. Really was craving a line instead though :p |

why don't you eat "negative" foods at night if you get that hungry? my first choice snack would be lightly salted rice cakes but since you can't have those what about celery? there are plenty of things you can eat to curb the hunger |

whey protein shake mixed with water (yeah I know it tastes like ass compared to with milk but you want no carbs) |

of course i read it, this is my favorite thread...do the whey powder with water thing if need be but i would go for negative foods. i wish i could kick my sugar addiction but unfortunately i'm not the boss of my own body.
going to the gym tonight, skipped yesterday and fell asleep around 9pm :(. since i missed yesterday doing lower body, abs, back then doing 30min of h.i.i.t.
gonna kick my ass again like i did on monday. |

| i can't cut sugar even if i tried, so i don't bother. i just never have more than two servings of sweets in my apartment. with the exception of my sweet tooth i'm ultra healthy...boring i know |

Today was like, hardcore day. 20 mins of bike at the highest speed I've ever done it, plus legs, plus tricep, plus abs. Almost 2 hours at the gym. :wtf:
I'm staying longer now just to make sure I don't go more than 2 times per week, gym costs money... |
