Yesterday did squats, leg extension, deadlift, leg curl, standing calf raises, v-ups, side crunches, and ran about 4 miles.
I just weighed myself and I've only lost maybe 5 pounds since I started lifting, but I have lost 3 inches off the waist.
Today I think I'll do speedwork. Probably intervals, but maybe a 5K for time. |
