This is what we need to do, get 2 girls with nice firm asses, take the pants off, and make them lie face down on the floor, in between them place 3 cups (in a triangle) and play quarters!

Damn, does anyone here also stay sore for like 2 days?! That happens quiet often yet, I don't know why maybe I'm still not adjusted to my workout or what.. hm..

Could be your diet, that youre not eating properly to regerate your muscles quick enough.

lactic acid build up usually occurs in the beginning of muscle regeneration. if you continue working out, the soreness should go away or not be as extreme as when you first started.

make sure you increase your water intake though, muscles dehydrate fairly quickly so keep chugging from the gallon.
