worked it at the gym again tonight.
10 min run
3 X 10 leg lifts, 5 dips
3 X 6 Pullups + 2 more
some more abs with weights and stuff too. i'm not really sure what it's called, but you're standing up right, with a weight in your left(right) hand and bend over to the side till it becomes even with your left(right) ankle. 10 reps on each side X 3 sets, with a 45 lbs weight. then a similar thing where the weight is in front of you, then over head, then back down. 10 reps X 3 sets.
i really don't do anything that is "normal" i guess with weights. i don't bench or leg lifts or anything like that. just a little bit of abstract lifting with free weights. just do a bunch of little things here and there; try to get random ranges of motion; keep the muscles moving. its rare that i take a break. keeps exercising more fun, me thinks, instead of doing something standard and monotonous every time. granted, i realize that its the monotonous/standard routines that are geared towards one specific muscle group; but as far as my goals are concerned, i really don't have anything "set in stone"....so i just kinda work it all over, lol. |

| I would just like to say that I have such strength right now. I can seriously only do ONE pushup the normal way. My sister wants me to do 1 on the first set (followed by the rest girly pushups), and 2 on the second (followed by girly ones), till I can eventually do all normal pushups....but I still can't even get through 2, lol. |

Don't do "girly pushups," just use an incline, e.g. use a bed or a wall to push. |

Nah my sister said it's ok...the goal is (obviously) to build my strength and engage and strengthen my core. And box jumps? Are those like ******s? Cause yeah those are win. |

They're just what the name sounds like: you take sturdy wooden boxes and stack them up to a height where it's pretty hard to jump onto. Then you jump onto the stack and off of it as fast as you can.
******s are good as well. |

Yeah, my favorite exercises are ones like box jumps that use big muscle groups in quick, powerful motion. They're exhausting, though.
