bah. i have childhood traumatic stress about swimming myself. :( . i can deal with water parks, but swimming in pools, rivers, and oceans don't do it for me.
anyways, i have been feeling a lot better since switching from doing mostly weights to varying out my cardio-weights 50/50. well not really 50/50, but the balance is more closer than it was before. :) |

| your workout is too geared towards volume. the only reason thats bad is because it only stimulates hypertrophy and most of the muscle gained will be lost if you cease to workout. but you will get jacked up :D personally i train for strength so i always keep increasing the weights so i keep 8 reps for two or three sets. |

Im working on bulking and leaning. Thats why I do alot of reps. |

Its just my muscle physiology, I can literally put on 4" on my biceps in a couple weeks. |
