Oh and got student price even though I'm not a student anymore :D |

Same here. Well, second time this week. My ing legs are so sore.
Changed up my routine a little bit. Doing the same stuff just with slightly lower weight. Ran 3k then hit the machines, then did 10 minutes on the rowing machine. I like this a lot better than what I was doing before. |

Not today no. I'll be hurting tomorrow. My fitness is still fine so there's no reason to be exhausted, but the weights will do a lot of damage in the first couple of weeks. I was doing half of the weights I normally do just so I can ease back into it better. Muscles should never hurt until after you're slept when it comes to weightlifting. If they do....you're doing something wrong.
It's about 20% I think. Lucky I still have my student card :p |

Lucky sod, although I don't pay student price, I pay off-peak price which is a good 40% of the standard all-day membership price here.
Plus off-peak = free gym for me to exploit. None of this waiting malarchy :) |
