I like running on a treadmill so much better :p
Apart from working out at the gym a couple of hours a day, I also go to work on foot (It's 3.5km / 2.1mi from my house) and jog on my way back also whenever possible. So, even though I walk/jog quite a lot, there's nothing better than hopping on a treadmill :D |

| Treadmills are kinda lame, especially if you live where winter is practically nonexistant. Why would you want to stay indoors as opposed to jogging somewhere awesome. |

| So taking my week off was great came back today lifted heavier then I did the week prior my system handled it perfectly. I know I will be feeling it tomorrow. Remember kids a week off sometimes does more than a week on :o |
