oh that's during prime brunch time and/or hockey :toothless so would miss if on sunday. plus not sure if i want to invest in another club, i already spend $100 a month. i thought you did a specific type of yoga...i know some types are more useful for athletic people which i think i would prefer over say the types geared toward people who really don't like exercise. i'll do some research. thanks though! |

i don't think there is a specific one that I do other then bikram or NYSC yoga (hyacinth or something like that) which isn't that great especially since its an NYSC ran class.
Bikram can get expensive though so be careful when purchasing the pass or the daily stuff. Also they have classes spread out the whole week not just sunday, the beginners class is on sunday. |

| I should start biking as a way of working out. Too bad I don't know how to ride a bike :gsmile: |

vern - stationary bike or start walking home from work...that shouldn't take you more than 30min? take a spinning class if you are actually interested in cycling

Leg day today, which happens to be the only day I don't like doing. Did not do squats last week for legs but will be today. Currently switched up the routine to a 5 day split and getting good gains in mass and strength. Carb Cycling before and after WO with around 45 carbs each. Having about 30carbs for breakfast and 50 protein. Another 50 protein before and after WO, followed by a bigger meal for dinner around 100 protein and very little carbs coming from veggies = SHREDDED :disbelief
Now if I could only quit drinking every night with my girl... |

did 6.3km run today. time 35mins
which is not bad for someone who haven't ran seriously since last summer and running with a stuffed nose and hacking lungs the entire way (damn flu)
need to cut down time to 5min/km.
now that i'm forced to workout 3x a week, i actually have to put effort into physical fitness :p |

That'll be easy once you get to run more regularly.
Did a half marathon last weekend on a course with quite a few hills and mostly unpaved, sandy roads. Finished in 1.48 something, not too bad considering the course and the fact I didn't really go all-out. Two more training runs this week (13,5 and around 10-11km) and then another half marathon this coming weekend, which I hope to finish in under 1.40.
After that, it's back to extending the weekend long runs to over 30k. |
