| i need to get to the gym today. but lack of sleep yesterday; and working a weird 3am to 11am schedule is kinda screwing with things. |

i can't use myself as a comparison because i'm female and probably shorter and smaller but doesn't make sense when you aren't exercising that day. it just seems like a LOT of calories for basic body maintenance. |

Your right that's an insane amount...for a natural. Drugs change everything. If I was to get on gear, I would probably need around 3300-3600. |

Chimera, have you read what I saw saying... I am bulking... eating this amount I am puttin on a good 2 lbs a week :) and it is what I want right now.
I am not maintaining my weight, I am gaining muscle mass. |

ended up going to the gym yesterday; and it was a good workout. pretty standard simple stuff like always; but i got a sweat and felt pretty good when i was done.
i still wish our gym had more than one pullup bar....gets annoying when you're trying to do them, and there's people using the pulley system stuff on either side of you. or they stand in the center and take up the whole ing machine. blah. |
