Yeah it pretty much sucks. Ffs I have to schedule in time for grocery shopping and meal prep. In fact that's a huge part of my time. So gay. |

| I have to take a mandatory week off from lifting. I hurt my wrist on a friday and i cant move it to the side. I didnt even hurt it at the gym, i somehow did it at home when i was laying down and talking on the phone while having my head propped up |

| I'm happy that my summer class started so that I start going to the gym again. Today didn't quite work out though... after 4 weeks of sleeping whenever I damn well pleased I only managed 2 hours last night (8am class) and just had no energy. Gotta get back into a daylight schedule. |

If I want to get a Dix pak asap should I work out my abs everyday or every other day. I've read various things. Also for diet wise is it better to eat a lot but a litle and snack a lot or eat large means and snack inbeteen |

| you shouldn't work any particular muscle every day. you need to give your muscles time to recuperate. as for eating i'm a proponent for multiple small meals. |

The easiest way to get a six pack is to burn a lot of fat in general. When your body burns fat it takes it from all over, it doesn't just take it from your abs or whatever part is being exercised.
Best exercise for burning fat is probably high intensity weight lifting with big muscle groups (squats, deadlifts, power cleans, etc.). Also sprints. |

My goal is to get a bigger chest shoulders and bicepts as well as sox pack. I just wonder about the running thing bexaus that burns a lot of calories when im trying to get bigger. Would swimming be best |

As far as really "getting big" goes, you should probably ask someone else about that as I'm not very big myself. My main goal is to get and stay strong, and if I end up being "big" because of that then that's fine I guess. I don't know a whole lot about hypertrophy.
To burn fat it's not necessary to work out for very long each day, and working out for longer than an hour might be counterproductive to the goal of building muscle. The main thing with fat-burning is using big muscle groups to kick-start your metabolism. Eating more frequent meals can help as well. And don't eat a ton of carbs because high insulin will put your body in fat-storing mode. |

you get a six pack from losing body fat not from working your abs. work your abs though to keep your body balanced and to strengthen your core twice a week is fine
run as much as possible |

Bojingles has it...
Work out your legs... a lot, squats being the most important, honestly do squats like 2 times a week or more if your body recovers fast....
Also do Leg press and other leg exercises...
LEGS = one of the biggest muscle groups, the faster you grow there the more testosterone you will have, the faster your metabolism will be. Back is very important as well, dead lifts, wide grip chin ups with a plate around your waist.....
Doing Abs once a week is fine, just make sure you train your upper/lower abs as well as the sides to shape them.
Second of all you need to keep your cardio up in order to lose fat that is covering your abs and in general from all over your body.
Third and most important thing is diet, you need to diet to have abs. Eat CLEAN. Carbs in the morning, lots of protein, greens... |

"Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym."
Also, doing lots of compound exercises that make you use your core and stabilizers will produce results. I hardly even do ab exercises and my stomach is still pretty ripped. |

No such thing as spot training. It's your bodyfat % that makes the abs show. Your abs are always there, but covered up by fat. Lots of cardio to get rid of it. ;) |
