Results are so exciting!!!!!!:D :D :D
Just this week I've gotten more muscle gains than the last two months and you can notice! I been doing pull ups and dips with my legs parallel to the ground!
Last month I lost 2 inches in my waist. This week I have lost 1 inch! This is so much fun lol.
This diet kicks so much ass!:gsmile: |

Thanks!
I hated doing PT tests. What's yours consist of?
We had to do pull ups, crunches and 3 mile run. Come to think of it I do that just about every day now except I run 4 miles... |

one min of pushups, one min of situps, a mile and a half run, and a waist measurement. each one has it's own scale, and you have to have a combined score of 75 out of a 100.
basically if you could do 45 pushups, 50 situps, have a 32" waist, and run in less than 14:00 you can pass. and really, it's proibably even slower than that. |

Interesting.
Ours is based on a 300 point scale. 20 pull ups is 100, each crunch is a point gotta do 100 and the 3 miles in 18 minutes is 100. The slowest on the run is 28 minutes. If you do bad you're a bag and will have a hard time getting promoted.
Jesus the way they promote is so ing fubar I'm so glad I'm out. |

the pushups and situps are worth 10, the waist is worth 30 and the run is worth 50. in july, they are changing the waist to 20pts and the run 60 pts |

Basically I went from 130lbs, 5'9 being able to bench 65lbs, to 160lbs and benching 150 in 3.6 mounths. I'm really proud of myself so far. |

| Was running around with my dog when I slipped and my left knee twisted under me in an unnatural way. Still feels weird after six days, but there's no swelling and only mild pain, so I doubt I did anything too serious. Still resting it, though. |

Finally got one of those detachable chin-up bars that don't need drilling into the doorframe. I've been feeling flabby working this sedentary computer job and being away from my weights, so the warm burn of physical exercise feels really awesome.
