Any jogging fanatics out there like to share some tips on how to get prepared physically for this 26.3 mile slog across the city?
I'm hoping to run the course in under 4 hours and I'm already doing 4-5 mile runs in 30-35 mins once a day to ease into it. |

Lol no, I don't wear that . I have some Nike shorts and a couple Adidas tops, a Reebok top. A nice pair of Adidas pants, and some Danskin capri length leggings. I just go to Winners man, it's cheap! |

| why don't you wear that ? because it's expensive? yea i agree is damn expensive but god when a girl wears it properly...rawr! liked it so much that i made my ex wear some of it while we ed...it's awesome lol |

| i look like a scrub when i go to the gym. some capri sweats and a tank w/ a holey west coast choppers shirt...nothing ever matches. lol |

Nah I'm just not really trying to attract attention to myself in such a manner. Sure I like to look good, but believe it or not I'm fairly modest. |

| true, but i guess it's a different story when i'm up in bikram, girls wear literally nothing and even I have my shirt off with my fat hangin out...so damn hot but it feels great to sweat like no other. |

| i work in sports and have a plethora of free shirts nhl, mlb and nfl. i don't see a reason to buy what i can get for free... |

ugh what a skank...no seriously, thats hawt! Its the gym, u don't have to match. Girls just need to wear very tight shirts that expose the midsection, but only if its flat, and really high shorts or really tight pants. Who's with me? :D |
