anyone use EvoPro by CytoSports?
I've been off IsoPure Zero Carb for like 6 months now, I've dropped down to 167 from 198 but I wanted to start fueling the muscles with some good protein all the while cutting on some of the fat. I've plateau'd like 4 times already and I'm currently stuck at 167-171 back and forth.
I decided to step off the scale from day to day to week to week now. Found myself criticizing +- 1,2lb ... definitely not fun anyways..
I've read muscle milk is pretty good and has some fat burner in it. I'm pretty wide in the shoulders and the abs are shaped up well...chest and lower peck region is 'starting' to round out a bit and tighten up, i probably want to cut out about another 5-7% body fat from my current BMI. Yea that might seem alot, ideally I want to be down to 150-155...
So tell me...stick to straight muscle milk or is evopro any better?
Protein is going to get eased in again, probably 1 scoop on 4ounces of water and 3 frozen strawberries post workout.
help appreciated! |

the protein supplements ive used are just musclemilk and syntha-6. both are good, I think muscle milk gives you harder poops but has more good stuff in it.

I'm gonna bring some estrogen back into this thread :tongue2.
Haven't worked out steadily for two weeks so I've decided to switch up my routine. I'm not taking tennis lessons anymore plus its about that time for a change. A couple months ago I moved away from machines BUT I'm thinking of throwing them back into the mix but only for lower body stuff. Doing arms, shoulders and upper back today so I haven't worked out modifications yet but I'll know by tomorrow :D. |

Heh I dunno either...I just pumped when I think about it. I've been wanting to add some cardio to my physical fitness routine for a while...in fact I wanted to get started at the beginning of the summer. I've just been so busy, and buying shoes has not been a priority for me.

Running is my favortie cardio I cant do bikes or steps they are to boring, plus there is nothing better then runners high, and then getting high.
Orbax did you ever play football in school ? I was just thinking about how bad 2-adays sucked during the summer in football pads. That is the ultimate workout ugh I wish I wouldve stuck with it and played in college, but i didnt want to go to a small midwestern christian college. :( |

endorphin release makes my brain tingle when i'm running...like when i got a nice sweat going and a nice rhythm i get this wonderful sensation all over my body like i'm blazed off of some sourdiesel
i actually quite enjoy running, i use to HATE IT, but now, once i get my breathing pattern down and my rhythm, it's a wrap until my abs and lower back start to tire out - usually at 1.5-2miles, then i take a walking break...then go at it again |

I run in Saucony jazzes available at roadrunner sports. so far my favoritest running shoe ever. used to be 30 bucks now they are closer ot 50 but man...I usually get about 5-600 miles out of each pair. Love it |
