Workout Thread IV (pg. 144)

| Oh haha usually on highschool teams 2adays are two practices a day during the summer, full pads + 100 degree weather is brutal.My junior year it was really bad one summer and a couple kids from schools in south florida died of heat exhaustion. While we werent practicing the trainers were shoving water down are throats to prevent dehydration. I liken it to hell especially when you would have to do up downs till you puked for punishment. |

Need some help..
I have...
1. Bench press.
2. Bar.
3. Several weights 5-10-20lbs.
4. A zig zag metal bar that can have weights too. (Don't know what it's called)
I need a workout routine. I've got protein shakes in the fridge. I just need a routine. ANybody wanna help a newbie kick some ass? |

either pics or a height, weight, current diet, how fat you are thing would help as well as goals :D
Go Chimera i didnt work out for the last 3 weeks and im having steak too arr!! beef and broccoli and onion with Beef&brococli mixings on Masionious' suggestion |

I'm really thinking I ed up my left forearm due to weight lifting. Somehow. Maybe I pulled a muscle. I've kept working out with it and it only gets worse. I'm intelligent.
And I've upped my running mileage to 11 miles, but now I only run twice a week.
oof oof oof!
I really hope this forearm gets better, but I don't want to stop going to the gym and lifting ze weights! |

Around 5'7", 140lbs.
I have the munchies all the time.
I want upper body definition and a greater muscular build. I want to be able to take my shirt off, and without flexing have my abs and pecs clearly visible. I'm looking at a time horizon of 6 months maybe? If all goes well, I may never stop the routine. |

you better stop or you'll really up your forearm :whip:. workout other muscles or do different activities. potentially hurting yourself permanently while you are young is stupid. |

Okay! First post here :)
I want to lose weight....as quick as I can. I went to the gym but then I stopped and I think i'm starting to gain again.
I need advice/tips on what I should do for exercise, my diet, how often I should eat, etc. |

Yeah, I know. I'm just an idiot. I finally am up to 135 on the bench (I weigh 115 so that's pretty good for me I believe) and I wanna maintain. But I think I need to take at least a week off. |
