why did you buy something without knowing whether it's good or not? also have you tried to gain weight by simply eating more first or did you go straight to the supplements? not that i can really offer you gaining advice since i don't plan on gaining any weight but seems to me like you should get a plan together before just taking stuff, just my opinion. |

What are you trying to achieve?
This is not really any good for anyone except extreme high natural metabolism hardgainers. Like the people that post like 'I'm 6' tall and I eat 4 triple bacon whopper with cheese value meals a day and I am still only 130lbs", you know people who just cannot possibly eat enough calories with food to gain weight.
Most people are gonna be better off with a protein powder + food than a mega high calorie weight gainer. |

Hello boys. I need some advice.
My best friend (male) has a really hard time gaining muscle. Hes built pretty skinny. He has been able to see some results in the past, but its really hard for him.
Do any of you guys have experience or suggestions? Is it just going to be one of those things where he has to push himself that much harder?
Its rough because we arent in the same city right now, but hes planning on moving in with me, after which Ill be dragging him to the gym with me every day... |

You could use stuff like Winstrol to gain some muscle mass in 6-7 weeks for example. However if you want to do it the natural way, working out for a long period of time is the only way. And eating the correct food.
People that tend to train just to be bigger in a small period of time are the ones that give up the fastest and infact ruin their body even more if you compare it before they started.
I been going to the gym for 2 years. And i met many people who been working out for 10-20 years and were also skinny at the start. |

| I'm doing pretty good currently... Managed to gain 2 kg (4 lbs), which is pretty nice since I need a lot of workout to gain some mass. I started running 3 times a week around month ago but I had to stop last week due to some problems that will be solved by the end of this week, then I'll continue running, but every day instead of every 2nd to make up for this and last week. :D Knowing my body, by the end of this month I'll improve my abs significantly. :D The rest is already good as it is. :) |

Well, I agree. Hes not looking to get huge at all. He has no pecs whatsoever and pretty lame arms and shoulders. He just wants to gain some definition. |

now do you mean skinny or lean because they are obviously very different. anyone too skinny doesn't look healthy in my opinion. |

no need to be snippy i just asked. maybe you need to restructure your workouts to best achieve your goals? i'm a girl and my goals aren't the same as yours but I consciously think of ways to tweak my workouts so I don't totally plateau and they are still challenging. just an idea. |
