out of curiosity, how often do you work a certain muscle group? like how many x's per week? do you have a regular routine; or is it just kinda random? |
If you want to make gains the quickest, lift heavy with low rep and never train the same muscle more than 2 times a week. |

yea most people who get into lifting tend to overtrain within a few weeks. gains come pretty quick initially, and soon as they plateau from working chest and biceps 5 days a week, they wonder why, hehe. |

Just fine. The only reason i'm still here is I promised my mother I would graduate, but I know when I leave school I will never return, so best to finish up now. |

i never understood people who train the same muscles day in and day out. its bad  they aren't allowing their bodies to repair PLUS if you do the same thing over and over again it losses it's effectiveness. gotta mix things up a bit :toothless.
with that said i'm mixing up things up a bit by pyramiding and doing supersets...sometimes i think i'm borderline female meathead ALTHOUGH thankfully i don't look like it. i like lifting and being strong opposed to doing all cardio all the time like most women. |

hehe, female meathead :stongue: Most women are afraid of weights cause they think they will bulk up, when it's quite the opposite. The ones that weight train are usually the leanest/sexiest. I have a few female friends that won't touch a free weight because of that. Stupid. |

And ugh to see these stupid trainers with fat ass bitches and get paid insane amounts of money really pisses me off. These 2 same fat girls come in with a trainer all the time its been like 5 months and they still look fat as . If I was a trainer I would work the out of them, meanwhile hes over there doing non weighted lunges across the gym  |
